Can I enroll my family members in the company health plan?

Yes, after you start your employment with Spectrum, you can select the appropriate option when electing your benefits.

Generally, during the benefit plan year no changes may be made unless a qualifying change in family or employment status occurs. In all cases, the change in coverage must be consistent with the change in the eligible employee's family or employment status. If an employee has a qualifying change in family status, he/she generally has 30 days from the event to make changes to the benefit elections.
Benefit open enrollment takes place towards the end of August each year.
